The hotel is situated in an excellent area, just a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station, making arrivals easy. The staff proved to be remarkable, with every reception team member showing friendliness and great willingness to help. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a bidet, which is often a rarity. The room offered a lovely view over the nearby canal, which added charm to my stay.

Stayed in a Small Double Room, it had a nice view of the canal. The flat-screen TV and coffee machine were great amenities. The room also had air conditioning and a minibar. Loved the bidet in the private bathroom! The staff were super attentive. It was a cozy place with good heating. Highly recommend!
